Return Policies

Pi Bjørg Studio does not offer refunds.

But we will offer a rechange within 14 days.

Webshop items:

Are you not happy with your purchase from the webshop - please send it back in the same condition as you recieved it. This must be done within 14 days from recieving the item(s).

If the item(s) are not in the same condition, due to bad packageing or usage, the items will not be rechanged or refunded.

I do not refund the return expences.

The parcel must be sent to parcelshop 'Citykiosken Larsbjørnstræde'

Preorders and special mades:

Pi Bjørg Studio does not offer a rechange or refund on PREORDERS or SPECIALORDERS ordred by email.

Workshops and Classes:

Workshops are refundable, but only if the cancellation is made within 3 days before the actual class takes place.
